I Bought a hospital bed 4 months ago from the above company. Now I am having problems with it. I have tried calling them for the last 3 weeks. They will not answer the phone or return my calls. Have tried another repair service company and was told you can't get parts for the bed they sold me.

Thank you for reaching out. In regards to this bed, we sell everything in preowned/used condition. Because we are a wholesaler, equipment we sell is sold as-is and working with no warranty expressed or implied, all clearly stated prior to the buyer purchasing this bed.
At this time, we do not offer any warranty of any kind other than the fact that the bed w*** not be dead upon delivery, which it was not. If this were an issue that arose a couple days after delivery we may be willing to work something out, but because this is 4 months after the fact, we cannot offer any warranty replacement nor do we have a replacement in stock.

I do expect them to at least repair the bed. Cannot find any other company to fix it. It seems that they would service what they sell. Also I tried contacting them the first week of January on this matter.
