Not a problem we will get it in the mail first thing in morning

I dont know who [redacted] is either there is not mention of a *** [redacted] may be who you are thinking of he is the windshield manager We are offering to refund you $which is what was paid for the service

Customer had possesion of key fob for at least mins while going over the vehicle with the general manager and we were not made aware of the key fob being broken until well after he left here Key fob was in full working order when customer left our storeWe deal with key fobs all day and our employees let us know when there is ever an issue with a key fob because some vehicles will not operate with broken key fob We do not feel we are responsible for his key breaking after he left

The response basically show case how this company conduct their business.Here are couple of lies:1/No refund was offer during my visitThey simply said the cracked was there before and didn't spreadhow would *** knows? he wasn't even the person who did the repair and I drive my car every single day and after the repair, I examined to know there were no crack visible.2/They asked me nicely to move? and I drove away being upset? wowthey said "Are you gonna get a car wash, if not, you have to move your car as you are blocking other customer"and due to the fact that they won't fix or refund (resolving the issue) and ask me to movetherefore, I drove awayyes, upset! To resolve this, please issue the full refund of the "repair" as they claim they offer me during my visit.

When *** *** returned to our store about his windshield chip repair the manager of the glass repair department met *** *** at the car and looked at the repair The repair is still sealed The chip is star chip which will still have the appearance of a chip but is sealed
so it is not spreadingWe did offer to refund the amount that the insurance paid for the chip repairOne of our car wash employees nicely asked for the vehicle to be moved to the side because the lanes were being blocked *** *** became upset and drove awayIf the windshield does need to be replaced we will be more than happy to refund the paid to us by Geico

I am rejecting this response because:The story as told by the business is not trueAfter receiving the car back, upon inspection, a extremely subpar job had been done cleaning the exterior and interior of the vehicleAs such, this was reported to an employee who took the keys back to a staff member for further cleaningThe remedial cleaning was the point at which the key was irreparably damaged by an employee, and subsequently reported to the business upon receipt.

*** and *** both reviewed the cameras together when she returned from the post office and they both agreed that they could not see where the damage occured on our propertyVehicles are covered by our cameras from the moment they pull onto our lot until they leave*** vehicle was here no
longer than minutes from start to finish and for that damage to occur and us try to hide it would take longer than that. We also do not have that type of product that was used to try to repair the mirror at our store. If the damage had occured here we would have been more than happy to replace the mirror but we do not feel that it happpened here

I, the manager was  the one that helped the customer with the car when the customer was not happy with the cleaning. The customer never said anything to me about the key being broken and also used the key too open the back hatch of the car so I could clean around the back door jam. The customer at that point would have noticed the key being broken at that point and would have mentioned something to me about the key. Only after the customer had left and called me on the phone to say that the key was broke.

Customer had possesion of key fob for at least 15 mins while going over the vehicle with the general manager and we were not made aware of the key fob being broken until well after he left here.  Key fob was in full working order when customer left our store.. We deal with key fobs all day and...

our employees let us know when there is ever an issue with a key fob because some vehicles will not operate with broken key fob.  We do not feel we are responsible for his key breaking after he left.
