Total drive time for the videographers from Kingston NY to Westbrook CT was hours, plus the hour video shoot which include getting ready, ceremony and the hour receptionTotal drive time for our DJ/MC team from Fishkill NY to Westbrook CT was hours plus an hour work day that included setup, breakdown, ceremony coverage and the hour receptionTotal drive time for our photo booth technician from Wappingers Falls NY to Westbrook CT was hours, plus setup and break down and the hour reception.In total our entire staff drove hours and worked an equivalent of hours combined between to three services. *** claim that we ruined her wedding reception on 8-**-really doesn't add upIf the claim had any relevance, why didn't the office/owner receive a phone call immediately following the wedding reception? Weeks, and months after the event took place, we never once received a phone call, or email stating any problems, or issues that she might have had with the staf
*** As far as any MSV Staff drinking alcohol, we have a strong no-drinking policy implemented*** ***, *** *** *** can easily be confused to alcohol just by the glass venues serve them inConsidering the long day the staff had, I'm sure they needed a refreshment at some point. In regards to the MC/DJ team assignedAll of our clients meet with/talk to the staff prior to the wedding reception with an option for a one on one meeting at the office, or depending on schedule and locations a phone or *** may be neededSo this leaves us curios to how she was not aware of the crew coming that dayalso, every MSV team follows the same format's and protocolsFrom introductions, announcements of cake, to major dance sets, each MSV team follows the same formats. We also provided everything she booked for the DJ portionThe MSV staff setup The All-Star package, disco ball, full trussing setup, gobo name in lights and uplighting which we can provide pictures and of course video footage forWe would be more then happy to send those pictures, please just let us know what the appropriate email would beAs far as blowing a fuse, that would be something to take up with the venue, we have no control over power and any breakers blowing the day ofThat is a venue issue, not a DJ issueThat issue has happen to us in the past, and I'm sure it will happen again in the futureSome wedding venues have adequate power supplies with the proper 15-amp outlets wired correctly, and some venues unfortunately don't, thats not an issue that's liable with MSV.Finally, in response to the photo boothPlease see the below photo booth link with all the photo's taken in the photo booth that eveningLink below *** Our attendant/technician is there to look over the photo booth periodicallyHe's there incase the paper needs to be changed or if any technical issue's ariseHe's also allowed to take breaks, eat diner, and grab a refreshment as wellAgain, our technician had a hour day, and i'm sure at a few points in the night needed a break from the actionYou can see from the photo booth pictures how much fun the guests were having, but the bride and groom as well. MSV Entertainment stands by it's product, service and talent that we provided for *** *** on 8-**-If *** had any issues, she should have contact us immediately after the event via phone or emailShe also had the option to contact us about these issues during the editing process with her assigned MSV staff member but chose not too. In regards to a refund, MSV Entertainment LLC will not be giving any such refund to *** ***We more then adequately fulfilled our contract and services for 8-**-15.If any other information is needed, please feel free to reach out to MSV at ###-###-####We would be more then happy to assist with pictures, and video footage from her day.Thank you,MSV
