Our foam roof needed repair from it being struck by lightning and the installation of a new air conditioner/heater, then I wanted the entire roof re-coatedI had contacted several contractors including MSW for inspection and an estimate, and chose MSW Charles (the business owner) did the inspection, did a complete evaluation of our roof and provided a written estimate including all the steps they would take in repairing and re-coating our roofMSW’s estimate wasn’t the most expensive or the least expensive quote, but addressed exactly what needed to be doneCharles was on site overseeing the entire process and while the roof preparation was done by his workmen, Charles was the person who applied the foam and coatingsThe work was done efficiently, all debris removed and the site cleaned up to my satisfactionCharles took the time to explain all parts of the process and was very patient with my multitude of questionsAfter the job was done, Charles walked through an inspection with me and addressed all of my concerns immediatelyAll my calls to MSW were returned promptly, workmen came on time at the time scheduled, and MSW exceeded every expectation I hadI’m very pleased with the quality and execution of the work MSW did, and would not hesitate to recommend MSW and Charles

I have a rental property that the management company did not take very good care of When I got it back, I was shocked to find that there were a couple of very bad roof leaks ( the management company previously had someone out to fix the problem) Charles with MSW is my hero He did a fantastic job Not only did he hunt down the cause of the leaks, he fixed them and charged a reasonable price It's such a relief to have a dry townhouse
