Worst contractor I ever hired Hired him to resurface a deck He showed up the first day and did the demo, he asked for $to purchase materials He never showed up after that all the demo was left in my yard with nails everywhere and I lost $for materials which never were delivered I contacted him many many times and the only responses were that he would "make it right" That never happened as time after time, week after week he never showed up

Worst contractor I ever hired..... Hired him to resurface a deck. He showed up the first day and did the demo, he asked for $1200 to purchase materials. He never showed up after that.... all the demo was left in my yard with nails everywhere and I lost $1200 for materials which never were delivered. I contacted him many many times and the only responses were that he would "make it right". That never happened as time after time, week after week he never showed up.

Complaint[redacted] was hired to conduct waterproofing and install drop ceiling tiles in my basement. He never finished the job and a large number of the ceiling tiles were damaged. He said he would come back and make things right, but never showed up.Desired SettlementI paid him in full in the amount of $640 and would like half the amount back to hire another contractor to complete the job properly.Business Response On the day that my [redacted] came to tje house on depot rd he went over the project with the homeowner n noticed the smell of mold n also noticed the amount of watercomeing in the house my [redacted] asked him how long has this been leaking for the homeowner seaid 3 years after he started doin the work he noticed that most of the t rails were bent all [redacted] gave him a price for was to just install tiles and waterproof [redacted] also noticed tje smount of mold n mushrooms growing out of the walls told the homeowner n the renters the homeowner never gave [redacted] the full amount for the project because he seaid the atm was chargeing him fees my [redacted] did offer a 100.00 refund all that was left for tiles to put in was 13 tiles [redacted] told the homeowner that he needs to gey more t rails sp the job could be done correctly [redacted] did a follow up with a[redacted] from the board of health for the amount of mold not shure if he called back or not my [redacted] put in 11 hours that day n supplys were 377.00 from the 540.00that was given he did offer 100.00 he told my [redacted] that hes goin to do it him self my [redacted] did a check on him he does this as a scam to who ever works on His home even the ppl that took out the tiles that mold needs to be taken care of the old ladys in that home r goin to get very sick Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)The day Mr. [redacted] arrived he fully inspected the job and agreed on the price. If Mr. [redacted] didn't think he could finish the job for the agreed upon price he should have never started the job. Mr. [redacted] will take your money and run. [redacted] workmanship was very poor and the majority of the ceiling tiles he installed had to be replaced because they were damaged. [redacted] claims of mold are false and a fabrication. The company that removed the ceiling tiles [redacted] a professional fire and water damage company inspected the area and report signs of no mold. Final Business Response Hello How are you as we spoke on the phone last week I'm willing to offer $100.00 refund in compliance to the above complaint if the above person named in this clame says Yes then money order will be mailed by certified mail that's the best I can do
