Review: The company is holding on to a $50 deposit that is due to me from returning a ski rental in the spring of 2014. I was told the $50.00 would be returned at the end of September. I have called 5 - 6 times since the beginning of October and have gone in person twice in order to collect my money to no avail. They claim that the check is in the mail to me but it is Dec. 19 & I have yet to recieve it. The manner in which they have mishandled this and not been responsive to my requests is upsetting.
The rental is under my husband's name, [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would also appreciate an apology, but will be happy enough with the money owed to me.
