There were no difficulties encountered such as bed rock when the septic tank was installed. They waited 18 months to bill us. Sent us a lump sum invoice. Waited months again. Threatened to take us to court. MT. Everett was called in to do septic work. They gave us an estimate of $5000.00. 18 months later we received a lump sum invoice for $7500.00. After several attempts over months to get a detailed invoice, they resent the same invoices. They finally threatened to take us to court without ever sending a detailed invoice or offering up an explanation. We finally received a detailed invoice but never an explanation which we requested in writing. The only excuse we received is that the person threatening to take us to court was not involved in the original billing.
