I was paid the interest that is correct why would anyone go back for free tax returns if they made a mistake I do not agree with the response at all I may have signed osiers but that signature didn't mean I'm responsible for there mistake this is not satisfactory at all

[redacted] has been paid back for his amount that was charged to do his Income Taxes along with any interest that was incurred up to the date of his reassessment. This business has offered him 3 years of free filing to do his taxes of which he declined.
This procedure is withstanding of our written guarantee posted in our waiting room and in back of every tax preparer's desk.
[redacted] received extra money on his refund when originally filing his taxes and now that he has to pay that back he wants this company to pay him back to be able to pay [redacted] back. In my opinion [redacted] would be getting close to $[redacted] in his pocket.
When my preparers do the interviews and then prepare our clients income taxes the client has the responsibility to look at the T1 Summary when it is explained to him and then sign it as being correct. [redacted] did sign that everything was correct.I have attached this document, of course I had to use white out on [redacted]'s personal info.

When I placed my calls to the business it stated on the voicemail would reopen on 7/5/17, as I made calls after 7/5/17. I have not spoke to anyone from the company and I have not received my new pictures.

I did receive my pictures until after 2 weeks from post marked date but haven't received my complete photo package.
Received photos after 2 weeks from post mark on 8/18/17. Total amount was [redacted] received only [redacted] worth! I paid by check.
I would like complete photo package that I originally ordered.

I have repeatedly tried to resolve all issues regarding her photos. I have a record of emails proving this. I will continue to help with any other issues she has. Her items were sent to her on 8-18. She said she received them but felt she did not receive the right amount of photos. I have tried to ask what she may be missing still, but have gotten no response back.
