I was paid the interest that is correct why would anyone go back for free tax returns if they made a mistake I do not agree with the response at all I may have signed osiers but that signature didn't mean I'm responsible for there mistake this is not satisfactory at all

This procedure is withstanding of our written guarantee posted in our waiting room and in back of every tax preparer's desk

When my preparers do the interviews and then prepare our clients income taxes the client has the responsibility to look at the TSummary when it is explained to him and then sign it as being correct*** did sign that everything was correct.I have attached this document, of course I had to use white out on ***'s personal info

When I placed my calls to the business it stated on the voicemail would reopen on 7/5/17, as I made calls after 7/5/I have not spoke to anyone from the company and I have not received my new pictures

I did receive my pictures until after weeks from post marked date but haven't received my complete photo package
