We called and they stated that they no-longer service our area (Nolensville), but the website says "We are located in Murfreesboro TN but service all of the Middle Tennessee area." Then the customer service/admin (whoever answered) hung up on us!

We called back to discuss and were treated horribly. The site says they service our area, we are existing customers and need a fairly simple repair. They literally told us to take our business elsewhere.

Issues: sagging gate from improper hardware installation and denial of promised warranty, wrong size boards, large gaps, warped boards.
We contracted for a 6' wood privacy fence with board cap & trim in Dec 2017 to be built in February 2018 at our brand new house. We gave a deposit and the work was delayed for several months because of rain and other reasons we were told by the company. After several days of installation we had concerns about the gates, and the wood that was installed on the top trim. When we asked we were told that if there are any issues he would come back and fix and the gates hardware is warranteed and that they would come back out and readjust as necessary. But when I called I was told rather rudely that if the metal hardware was attached to wood, the wood isn't under warranty...but the gate is wood with metal hardware? The person who takes the calls for the company said sorry no warranty and we are a different company now with new rules! The fence was only a few months old and the gates were starting to sag and the hinges were coming out of the wood posts, she said again no wood is warranteed! I said what about the workmanship, your company pride and the fact that we have given your name out to the other new homes here to have fences put up from your company?? She hung up on me and wouldn't take another call!! I tried again later in the summer when the pickets/support boards started to split/warp and my father in law realized that the guys who in stalled the fence installed pickets on the trim on top instead of boards like we discussed. And even though we sealed the fence when we were told the fence has started to rot and several of the support boards have fallen off or warp!! Again I was told sorry no warranty and she didn't care about workmanship!! We only asked if the work could be fixed and made to look better, we had a fence put up at our last house near here and it lasted 11 years before we had to totally replace it!! Not once did we have the problems that we had shortly after having this fence installed at the last home!!! The neighbor across the street who we gave their name, his fence is also showing wear like ours did at the same time frame. Midd Tenn Fencing, LLC has changed their name of the website to M.T. Fencing, LLC and claim it's a brand new company on the phone to me and they have no obligation to anyone from the old company, but the address, phone number, people are the same. And their claim on their website is they have been helping people in Middle Tennessee for over 30 years!!! If that was true how are they all of a sudden a new company from last summer to now??? All I want is a company not to rip me or anyone off and make this right from the beginning. Spending $3,600 on a fence was more than we wanted to spend, but they came recommended by others that had fences installed around Murfreesboro.

Cancelled contract- No refund
I entered into a $8k contact with them in October 2017- *** assured me they would start 4-5weeks. Tried reaching out to them in Decmeber for an ETA on the fence- No response. After getting the run around I finally decided to cancel my contract in January 2018 and have had to contact a lawyer. It's now April 2018 and I have not received a refund.
