Where to begin..My husband purchased a couples massage from this facility on *** as it was advertising a good price for the both of us. We came to this facility Saturday evening (3/7/2020) to get our massages. I am going to try my hardest to stick with the issues that I believe are illegal and warrants this business be seriously looked into, however I also want to add some of the awful things we experienced during our hour massage at this facility. For starters there was extreme lack of communication. They *** never asked us what type of massage we wanted even though they advertise different types (sweedish, deep tissue ect..) During our hour "massage" I have never felt more physically and mentally violated. I believe after what my husband and I experienced these ladies (and or men) are NOT licensed message therapists as they claim to be. During my hour I was burned with hot stones, violated sexually as she pulled my underwear down even though I left them on and exposed my top. I was pinched, stretched in various unnecessary ways and my husband is still in pain today from what his lady did. After the long hour of torture was over, one of the ladies BLOCKED us from leaving their building and demanded they be tipped, and tipped well at that. My husband said *** dollars only and she proceeded to give herself *** dollars and then she ADDED TAX to their tip making it more per masseuse. I believe this is illegal because tips are not taxed when you are GIVING the tip. We truly felt robbed of our money and believe that this facility and the people working there are only there to manipulate people into giving them more money, NOT provide them with a quality, relaxing experience. PLEASE look into this place as I truly don't believe they should be allowed to operate they are scamming people and not only that they are physically hurting people and putting them at risk of serious injury with their so called "techniques" that I don't believe are legal even for a licensed therapist.

Refund My ultimate desired resolution would be for this business to not be allowed to operate any longer. I would receive more satisfaction knowing that this business can no longer take peoples money after physically hurting them. If you go onto their website you can see the reviews and I believe they are going so far as to writing them themselves. A refund would be nice but my ultimate resolution would be to see this place shut down. I don't want these people to get away with anymore scams.
