Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: First of I am highly offended from the responses to the complaint and even more upset nowIn the response the owner was very unprofessional filled with many liesFirst of all this man was my server and he was scary, mean and I felt threatenedI started by ordering beers in which he only brought one than I asked for one again He spitefully never brought it I never received the beer than later gave up and ordered a mixed drink in which it seemed he purposely made terribleIt seemed his staff was as terrified of him as we were our chef was nice but very impersonal because he seemed to be “walking on egg shells”The entire time the we ate he lurked over us in a threatening manor and made us feel entirely uncomfortableSecondly what he didn’t a-dress is the quality of the food and drink in which were even worse than the service if possibleThe food tasted very outdated they flank old pieces of broccoli into our mouths that tasted moldy and very oldThe rice they gave us was old and undercooked and hardly edible and the drink was unblended tastes like ice and had alcohol content as I payed forI have gotten the for $deal at another MtFuji several times and cheesecake was always included in my meal as advertised and my experience was always more than pleasant from the service to the foodI made it clear I did not complain to the owner who was serving us at the time because he seemed to terrifying and angry I was afraid toThe worse part about this experience is that my family and I became ill hours after we ate the food therefor I will be calling the health department to go inspect them todayYou can tell by the response the owner wrote to my complaint that he is an angry upset man with poor customer service and has no business owning a restaurantI am even more upset about the things that he said about me in his response referring to me as a woman who wants more for her money I found very offensiveAll I wanted was decent service and good food like I had experienced at the other MtFuji several times beforeThis experience has put a huge toll bringing myself and my family down mentally and worse of all physically the way they treated us will have a long term effect on us mentallyI am outraged by his response and I feel like now I deserve compensation that is more than just my money backI eat out several times a week and have never felt the need to complain to the Revdex.com ever with bad service and food but I felt so disgusted and violated by this business especially considering I got treated like this in front of my year old son but I will not feel right as long as this business is open treating people as I was treated and mother and son felt the same wayThis business either needs to be shut down or change of owner immediately Sincerely, [redacted]

I started by ordering 2 beers in which he only brought one than I asked for one again He spitefully never brought it I never received the beer than later gave up and ordered a mixed drink in which it seemed he purposely made terrible.
