Hi,
I purchased this business and this was a pre-existing saleThe job was completed a short time after purchaseThe job has
not been set for reasons -
1) The customer has not paid in full as contract stated , (they still owe a balance)
2) When we went to go ahead and set it anyways , - we were informed they do not own the cemetery lot
They do not own the lot because they have not paid for the funeral, therefore the funeral home owns the lotThe owner of the funeral home did not grant us permission to work on his property therefor we are unable to set the stone
We can take the setting fee off the customers balance and they may pick up the stone if no agreement may be reached with the funeral home that owns the lot
