On August 29, 2017, I received your notice of a complaint from one of our Customers. After locating the file and determining the problem, I called the customer on August 30, 2017. I explained what we were planning to do to correct the problem and apologized for our late response. The customer stated...
he was pleased to hear from us and was satisfied with what I had outlined. On August 31, 2017, I emailed copies of what we planned to use to correct the problem for his review. I received a confirmation email reply that same day. The corrected document was recorded on September 1, 2017 and changes were added to the other original documents as previously approved. I emailed final copies of all documents to the Customer on September 1, 2017 and mailed the corrected originals and other copies to the Customer that same day.
