[redacted] ,I was one of the managers on duty when this incidence occurred. This particular customer came in accompanied by two other friends/family members. They demanded we take back merchandise that we have not carried in our store in over a year. Just because the bar code scans in... our system, it does not mean that we are the only store that carries this item. They didn't have a receipt, but we offered to look up their receipt in our system. They didn't offer any information such as purchase date or transaction amount for us to look up their transaction. They just demanded we take back the merchandise and was very rude and confrontational to our employees from the moment they walked into the store. They yelled at our employees the whole time and started taking pictures of the employees and the owner saying they would "report" us.They made such a scene that we were considering call the police to diffuse the situation. That was when they decided to leave and informed us they would return the next day. We always make every effort to accommodate our customers and resolve any issues under reasonable circumstances. What we do not tolerate is our employees or anyone is being mistreated or abused in any way.
