Dr. S[redacted] mentions that the quote didn't include extractions, but it absolutely did. At any rate, it's clear from her last email that the error is Mt. Tabor Vet's, not mine. I was quoted one price and charged double this price without notice. This is an unfair business practice. It doesn't matter that the vet would have quoted a different price than her staff member - clients shouldn't be expected to collect quotes from all the different staff members at Mt. Tabor. What is important is that I received no communication about the drastic change in price. Mt. Tabor should gracefully accept responsibility for this error.
