I purchased 4 brand new Hankook tires for my 2014 Accord. I paid for the installation, alignment & warranty. They promised they would cover any wear and tear of any kind. The tires are wearing on the inside rather on the outside. This is a defect on tire and on the alignment they conducted on my vehicle. Therefore I demand brand new tires or a complete refund for total amount purchased $600.

Customer came back complaining about the tires. We did our best to assist her immediately. The mechanic lifted the car on the alignment machine and noticed the right tire had been damaged by impact. Causing the alignment to go out of place. Voiding the Tire warranty. Customer admitted the vehicle was pulling to the right after hitting the right front wheel.
