Fleetwood is the manufacturer of this home, which we sold to the customerWe received a call from the customer on 08/22/that the porch was not levelWe then submitted a service request to FleetwoodFleetwood sent a service tech out to the home on 08/29/We then received another call from
the customer on 09/07/17, stating that the porch was not being fixedWe contacted Fleetwood again on 09/07/17, and the service coordinator advised that their tech fixed everything on that customer's repair list except the porchShe advised that she would discuss the matter with their service manager and get back to usShe did emphasize that the porch would be fixedWe called the customer to let him know we had talked to Fleetwood and that they had emphasized the porch would be fixedThe customer then called on on 09/08/17, inquiring as to the status, so we called Fleetwood againWe were told that the service manager was out for the day, and we were given his direct phone number, which we then gave to the customer to call on Monday, 09/11/On 09/12/17, we received notice that the customer had filed a complaintOur service manager then called Fleetwood's service managerFleetwood's service manager advised that they were waiting on approval from the engineer to make changes to the frame to make the porch levelThen Fleetwood's service manager was to call the customer and let him know what the status wasOur service manager then called Fleetwood again in the afternoon and was advised that their service manager had called the customer to advise him of the situation

Mt Vernon Dream Homes has spoken with *** *** and explained that the Buccaneer factory service will call the week of June to schedule service to install a single row of siding on the bottom of the home

Buccaneer met with the homeowner on June to review issues with siding and consumer agreed to have factory complete her service
MtVernon Dream Homes is concerned that we did not receive the initial complaint on May as reported by the Revdex.comThe first notification we received was a phone call and email on June We have been in contact with homeowner and Buccaneer and are working with them to resolve this issueBuccaneer feels they have a solution that will satisfy the consumer's needs
