Review: I have requested that an overpayment on an invoice that was sent on two different dates be refunded to me. There was only one date of service and this was completely described in my initial correspondence. Copies of the invoice, and both cancelled checks was provided thus the case was completely documented. The correspondence to Mt. Vernon Rehabilitation Associates was first sent on September 20, 2013, following several months when I had been informed this overpayment would be processed. A second request was sent to the Chairman of Mt. Vernon Rehabilitation Medical Associates on October 2, 2013. To date I have had no response to either of my requests. Most billing offices would have noticed the overpayment and taken appropriate action without delay.Desired Settlement: The overpayment is $36.89 and I simply want that refunded to me.
