I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meBut, I feel that sending an amount owed the same as a billBut, if property management is saying this amount is not owed then it meets my first request

I did not seek an additional amount that is the dollar amount shown that is over the security deposit that was paidUnfortunately, the tenant left walls that they tried to patch with holes punched into the walls and they did a bad repair jobThe additional holes where they put large screws or
nails in and ruined the sheet rock were also chargedAdditional cleaning was charged because it was left filthy in the areas that were put down as needed to be cleanedThe tenant received a detailed cleaning and refund deposit check list describing what was needed in order to get deposit backCarpet cleaning is charged because carpets were not professionally cleaned before they vacatedOn the list was making sure all things are cleaned and no damages and all light bulbs, etc are workingThe list given is very detailedI did not charge them for the damaged mailbox that the tenants temporary occupant went out and smashed when he went off on everyone and the cops were called out by the neighborsI did not charge the tenant for the temporary occupant smoking pot on the premisesOregon does allow us to charge for down time that it takes to get everything back up and fixed so they were charged for that as wellThey did receive the portion of unused rentEverything was done according to landlord/tenant lawThey are unhappy because they were asked to leave with a day no cause noticeAfter several complaints from neighbors about possible abuse going on in the house and having cops called out for temporary occupant becoming violent, they are lucky that he wasn't arrestedI did not send them a bill for the overage amount however if they would like I will send it to themThe final accounting shows the amount over the security deposit that was figured for damages but they did not receive a bill and were not asked to pay for the amount over
