Customer *** *** received services from MTA Mechanics & Tires on February 16, 2016. Ms ***'s vehicle was connected to our alignment machine and the front alignment on the vehicle was within specification (see attached alignment sheet). The rear alignment was
out of alignment and was adjusted to the proper specifications (see attached alignment sheet)Because alignment was performed on the rear, there was a charge of $89.95. An oil change and tune up was receivedSpark plugs, ignition coil boots, oil & filter were replaced (see attached invoice ***). A complementary inspection was performed when brought in for serviceThere were some issues found with the RF outer tie rod and the inner tie rod end boot was torn (refer to attached inspection sheet)These issues addressed were not fixed at the time of service but the inspection sheet was given to customer with the recommendation of repairsOn 3/14/Ms*** took her vehicle to another auto repair shop and the issues we identified with our inspection was fixed by another repair shop (see attached invoice by *** Auto Repair) Sincerely,MTA Tire Factory
