I have contacted the client and verified the address that our company can mail their $refund to The *** for the Artisan has been out with an injusry since 12/29/I was unaware of this issue but happy to take care of
right away

Hi, I am not sure what happened there. Response and attachments below Dear ***, I first want to apologize that you have had such a hard time retrieving this information. I have attached a copy of your lease, move out
walk sheet, move out pictures, move out statement and bid from carpet vendor. At this time, we will not remove the charges for the carpet replacement as the carpet was heavily damaged with pet urine or cleaning charges as you can see from the move out pictures. I have also included your notice to vacate form that did not include a forwarding address. We mailed the paperwork to you last know address which was your apartment here with hopes that you had forwarded your mail through the post office Please review the attached docs and let us know if you have any additional questions Thank you, *** *** ***

The document you attached is a notice to vacate for nonpayment of rent.  This is a document we are require to send when your current rent payment has not been received prior to filing the eviction.  You were in default of your lease.  This document does not constitute a 60 day notice to vacate.  Please feel free to have an attorney review if you do not agree.  At this time all charges stand on your account.  We also had multiple conversation explaining this to you both over the phone and in person.  Please refer back to your lease contact for additional information.

This resident terminated their lease before the contract had expired. Notice of their termination was given on 10/25/2015 in writing and residents were informed of the 60 day notice requirement along with the need for payment of the termination fee as stated in the lease contract. The resident...

has paid everything in full except for their water bill from 10/01/2015-10/27/2015 which is in the amount of $48.90. A letter informing them of the bill has been sent to the forwarding addresses provided. Once this amount is paid their account will be closed with a zero balance due. A copy of their lease was previously given to the residents when requested. We also had multiple conversations with all residents in person regarding the early termination process and requirements as laid out in their lease.
