Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/22) */ MTD Communications has resolved the complaint made by the owner of the [redacted] of Duluth MN The hotel in question inadvertently had failed to place the advertising books including the [redacted] ad in ALL of its rooms, and is now in the process of doing so MTD Communications has extended the length of time the [redacted] ad will run, and its owner is now satisfied

Response to Complaint # [redacted] MTD Communications, Inchas a Hotel Directory Agreement with [redacted] to provide an In-Room Guest Directory in every sleeping room A copy of that Agreement is attachedThat contract runs through May, The [redacted] [redacted] has advertised in our In-Room Guest Directory for many years We have just learned that the hotel recently removed our In-Room Guest Directory from its sleeping rooms We believe that the hotel is in breach of our contract, and we are trying to resolve thatThe August 1, Advertising Agreement signed by the [redacted] was for an ad to be placed in an updated In-Room Guest Directory We had expected that the updated Directory would be placed at the [redacted] earlier this fall Since the hotel is not cooperating, that Directory has been delayed We are working with the hotel to address any concerns and place the updated DirectoryUnfortunately, Mr [redacted] manager of the [redacted] did not call or write us first about this matter so we could address his concernWe would have been glad to correct his understanding of the facts Helen, MTD

I am rejecting this response because:I believe there is as bad trend going onThe [redacted] is not the only business in Paynesville that is not happy with MTD ! I will check to see if they want to get involvedThank You, [redacted]
