Mrs [redacted] has entered into an agreement with our company for a term of months to finalize the cancellation of the timeshareWe have been working on cancelling her contract since the start and do plan on finishing upMrs [redacted] was working with a member of our team that is no longer with us and we are getting around to calling the remainder of this representatives clients to get them a new case manager we did send her out an email when the representative left and their last contact according to our notes and records was in JanuaryAs far her credit report we are willing to help with this matter however this is something we do on top of our contract and at no time do we recommend anyone to stop paying their bills until this is final and fully cancelled many customers do choose to and we will help to restore credit through cancellationI will have a representative reach out by tuesto go over her next steps

We have emailed her times back in january we would be willing to open the case again I will have a rep email her again by this tues to get started back up if this is what she would like

I don't want to close my complaint, I've been waiting to hear from these people for months so I'm not sure they will follow through. Also yes your Representative did advise me to not pay the timeshare and use that money to pay your companySince I can't contact *** *** anymore I can't confirm it but he is the one who instructed me to do so. And if you didn't why would you be asking me to sign up for credit monitoring services and sending out letters to the Credit bureaus. I will to continue but from all the compiants online your not doing what you said you could do for others as well. And not repaying them the money they paid you.

We have made several contacts to Mr *** he has a specific situation not only have we refunded this client in full but we also paid for attorney representation in this matterAt the point he signed with another attorney he was placed under their guidance and legally we could not work on his case
He has been unsatisfied by his representation with the attorney and is placing the blame with usOur office has made Mr*** aware that we would be willing to help him with his credit, however he is still with the attorney and has a legally binding contract with them we recommend he goes back to them and makes them fulfill his contractNot only is he in contract with them but they also have more power to halp him and can do it faster

This is totally false. I have been working with *** *** and he has not contacted me at all. The last correspondance I have from him is from Dec 20, 2017. If they called, no messages were left with me. I tried contacting the main office, ***', ***'s, and ***'s email and voice mail only to get mailbox full and email error (mail demon).The response is so not accurate

This client was working with a agent who has since left our team and we have been in contact with the customer since and have been working with her

In the system it shows this customers timeahare has been cancelledI am not sure what he would like for us to continue withWe have worked for him for the entire contracted time which is months as well as canceled his timeshare so we would not be able to return his moneyI will however email
this customer and see what his concerns are and if for some reason there is something we can help with we are fine with continuing to do work with him even though we are past our guarantee and have no contractual obligation to move forward

This account has been closed due to non response from customer she was called twice 2 months back and should have received 3 emails since. We would be happy to re- open the case but we would need her to reply to our communications I will have another e-mail sent today and wait for response and pend...

the case for 2 weeks. If at that point we have not heard back we will then close the case again.

We have emailed her 3 times back in january we would be willing to open the case again I will have a rep email her again by this tues to get started back up if this is what she would like.

This customer was working with a representative that is no longer with us. at the time of the complaint we were working through getting to all of his customers. We have since been in contact and she has all of the appropriate info to call our team to continue working on her timeshare issue.

This contract has Been deemed cancelled and our obligations filled we as a company help to relieve customers of their timeshare interest and did so several months ago the form she received is the cancellation of debt she was able to give back her timeshare to the resort.
