Review: I have been shopping for gifts to give to family for Christmas. I have done a substantial amount of said shopping online. To beat busy crowds in stores, I ordered a lot of my gifts through Amazon. I've had success with them in the past and they're always my choice for online shopping. I wanted to order a gift for my little sister, and the only way I could order it through Amazon was through a third party seller. I thought nothing of it and proceeded to order her gift. My family lives 45 minutes away from me, so we all planned to have our Christmas early. With that being said, I made sure that all their gifts were delivered to me and wrapped before the day arrived to celebrate the early holiday without having last minute chaos and frustration. I placed the order with the third party seller on Dec. 3rd, and said it was to be shipped on the 5th. The order was guaranteed to be delivered by the 12th at the latest. I called Amazon's customer service about my order now being 4 days late with no tracking information at all. The representative told me the only way there could be no tracking information is if the order was never shipped. I emailed the seller about the order being late and asking for a status on the delivery. After going back and forth with the company with ignorant excuses for why it wasn't shipped when they accepted the payment for, I finally asked them to keep the order and reimburse me in full. The reply I received this morning (12/16/13) was -quote-, "Yes...don't order anything from us again. Its clear you have issues" -unquote-(copied directly from their replied email). And being completely unaware to my knowledge, they sent me a reimbursement 2 days before I asked for a refund. There was no authorization for this whatsoever. They went ahead and did it without telling me. This company has had numerous "1 star reviews" with the same general complaint I have: people not getting their order, unprofessional emails & feedback responses, unauthorized refunds, etc.Desired Settlement: There have been multiple customers of this company who have had issues with this third party, and majority of them revolve around the same general problems. I would like to see them no longer an affiliate with Amazon, but this has been done to more than 1 buyer/customer, therefore this is the least I'd ask to be done... This company deserves no further business. This company should be shut down, and this is me speaking for customers who have been scammed by this unprofessional seller.

This buyer has been a nightmare. She made an order with our business and for inventory reasons we were able to fulfill their order and promptly issued a full refund back to the customer. The customer then asked over several emails where their item was and we told them the story. The piece the complainant decided to copy and paste was our last email to them as their tone was extremely rude, demanding, and harassing in nature. At the end of the day we are a valued asset to Amazon and our customers as we ship 500 orders a day. The fact that this customer goes to such lengths to discredit us over a 12$ item should go towards her state of mind. The fact that she states that our company should be shut down with 12 employees over her one missing order is ludicrous. We lose easy 5 orders a day or so or something goes wrong several times a day. That's just what happens when you deal in so much volume. Just like UPS and FedEx missed many deliveries around the USA for Christmas day. Just things happen sometimes. We have refunded the buyer and there is nothing more we can do for her.
