dated 10/24/2016-this is when we went out to service the furnace2. Item #this is the service ticket where we went out to service the furnace-explanation on ticket 3. Item #service call dated 1-1-2017-pilot will not stay lit blower keeps kicking off-flame too high 4. Item #Ticket #***-cleaned pilot ordered fan switch-need to return charged $59.00-this is months later-had not heard from them in months5. Item #this is Invoice #***-was when we put the limit switch on-charged for the switch and one hour labor6. Item #this is when they called back to let us know it was not working again 7. Item #invoice #*** this is when we sent a man out on call found that the switch as the wrong switchWe immediately voided invoice #*** and gave them back their checkThe customer went to pick the part up in Richmodid not charge the time to find the wrong pawent back and installed the correct part-charged 1hour labor to Instahave not heard back from themSo we did not know that it was not working This unit is a year old furnace, we did all that we could doThank you, Lisa B***lisab***@live.com
