Dear Revdex.com, My name is Micheal G [redacted] I am president of MTG Process Servers, LLCI have been serving legal documents since in the Commonwealth of VirginiaI have over local and national clients at this timeMr [redacted] letter and complaint to the Revdex.com is riddled with lies and accusations, which are quite disturbingThis will be my official response to my capacity as president of MTG Process Servers, LLCMr [redacted] did hire us to serve a document on his ex-wifeMr [redacted] was told our policy from the first callWe cannot guarantee personal service on anyoneBut, what we can do is try three attempts for $***One of the attempts being in the early morning or eveningI have attached the copy of the driver's notes and affidavit of serviceThere were in fact three attempts made two of which were after 8:00pm and one daytime attemptAll attempts were made before the deadline give of April 1st Sentence 4,5,and of Mr [redacted] complaint is an out and out lie! Mr [redacted] was offered an additional service to go out Saturday morning to attempt serviceHe was offended and said he wasn't paying for nothing, because he got nothing! I explained that services had already been rendered for the $ [redacted] and he would have to find someone else to serve the documentsDuring this process Mr [redacted] made threats against two different office employees and myselfAn investigation is currently being done into this matter by MTG Process Servers, LLCI did notify Mr [redacted] of thisHe told me to wipe my tears and get [redacted] , further he threatened to call upon "his people, to make sure we would not recover from this"He called over and over again to the women in the office and was bulling, cursing and yelling at office employees as if they were trashAlso I am looking further into slander and verbal assault complaintsI have three witnesses that can testify to the entire ordeal with Mr [redacted] If you have any further questions or inquiries please don't hesitate to contact me personally at [redacted]

This person is lying through his teeth. He was the one cursing at me, He never told me there were no guarantees and that I would be charged just for trying. (Which is why they do not accept credit card payment only check by mail, I should have known then that this was a scam but I was pressed for time) I hired another process server after they failed to get the job done and they had no problem finishing the job in a day, which leads me to believe that MTG is a scam company. As for me harassing and cursing his employees is an outright LIE. He would not return my calls for a week until I told the girl that I would contact the Revdex.com if he did not call me back. 5 minutes later he called me cursing and screaming like an animal!!!
