This contract has Been deemed cancelled and our obligations filled we as a company help to relieve customers of their timeshare interest and did so several months ago the form she received is the cancellation of debt she was able to give back her timeshare to the resort

This account has been closed due to non response from customer she was called twice months back and should have received emails sinceWe would be happy to re- open the case but we would need her to reply to our communications I will have another e-mail sent today and wait for response and pend the case for weeksIf at that point we have not heard back we will then close the case again

This customer was working with a representative that is no longer with usat the time of the complaint we were working through getting to all of his customersWe have since been in contact and she has all of the appropriate info to call our team to continue working on her timeshare issue
