The contractor is not being truthful I will prove it with the attachments
The attached *** image shows, on items 8, 9, and the items that Impact roofing didnt replace.
Item (R&R furnace vent-rain cap) and item (Continuous ridge vent) are quoted for $and $respectivelyThe attached image *** is a picture of the current statusThis is the item that caused the leaks and damage to the ceilingI have a video of the leakItems and quote linear feet of drip edge (image ***) and on the image *** is evidence taken by a competitor of impact roofing (which I can get to give a statement) of the item not finishedImage *** is a text message where I informed *** about the trash left in my front yard that eventually caused damaged to the garden
I have evidence of *** neglecting his appointments on several occasions but as you can see from the items above, the contractor is lying and therefore cant trust him or anything he says.

DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY DUO TO WATER DAMAGES, IMPACT ROOFING WAS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES THAT ALREADY EXIST FROM PAST, THERE WERE MARKS ON SIDING IMPACT ROOFING REACH AND AGREEMENT WITH CUSTOMER AND SENT A COMPANIE OUT TO PRESSURE WASH THE ENTIRE HOUSE TO SATISFY THE CUSTOMERIMPACT ROOFING WENT BACK OUT TO INSTALL DRIP TO THIS PROPERTY BUT WAS MISSING TWO SLOPES TO COMPLETE JOB, SET UP A DATED WITH CUSTOMER AND HE CANCEL THE APPOINTMENT, HE CALL FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT THAT COULD BE NOT HONOR BECAUSE WE ALREADY HAD SOMEONE ELSE WAITING IN LINE,WE HAVE COMPLETED MOST OF THE DRIP EDGE THE MATERIALS IS STILL THERE, WE CAN REVERSE THE CUSTOMER FOR WHAT WE ARE NOT GOING TO COMPLETED AND REINVERSE FOR WHAT *** *** PAID FOR THE CAPS ON THE VENTS,

But u recieved a check for $6929.50 as stated in earleier reply clearly I have been cheated out of my money and still being charged for repairs gregs home improvement never made.

It is for less money than he was paid and he didnt do mosts of it. I dont understand why I am getting charged for material and labor for work that was not done by contractor. All that was done by gregs was roof a laminate floor in kitche new roof and a couple pieces of soffit were replaced. I would like a detailed reciept from gregs with labor and material charges. In regards to his over payment that money needs to go back to the priciple on my loan which I will gladly supply proof of the funds going back twards my morgage . I can prove that gregs did not buy or do this work because I kept all my reciepts. I just want this resolved .

I disagree with the complaint for several reasons.
Gregs Home...
Improvements wrote a proposal to Mr [redacted] for a total cost of $11,969 to complete repairs to his home at [redacted] in [redacted]. Our company began and completed the repairs to Mr [redacted] satisfaction. The home was inspected by his mortgage companies home inspector who also agreed that work was satisfactorily complete. During the roof process, it became clear that several sheets of decking needed replaced, as is often found when tearing off and replacing an older roof. Mr [redacted] was aware of the extra charges required to cover the cost of additional materials, as was [redacted] at National City Funding.
I received payment of $5984.50 and a second payment of $6929.50 was later received for final payment. Both payments were received from the mortgage company National City Funding.
Generally, we submit a receipt to the payer of the account if requested. In this case, the mortgage lender made payment, not Mr. [redacted].
