MTH Mortgage in Scottsdale, AZ acted in "bad faith" by pre-approving our home loan fully knowing our debt to income ratio would not fit into the category of the ** loan Then when my wife and I arrived down at the design center once again the senior loan officer for MTH in Scottsdale, AZ pre-approved for a higher number All this time knowing that the loan would not be approved had he known the ** guidelinesThe senior loan officer fudged the numbers (did not include all our debt) to get us in and then at the very end (weeks prior to closing) comes back with a denial and an unrealistic number to fix the debt to income ratio *** homes should really think about finding a new in-house lender who responds in a timely manner, professional, and ethical MTH Mortgage did not act in "good faith" and hopefully others will see that this lender is beyond repair I would never ever recommend this mortgage lender to anyone especially for veterans using their ** loans because they are clueless in that aspect New home buyers beware!!!!
The manager of the company has failed to respond any emails concerning this issue Again, it comes down to being professional and ethical when dealing with people's lively hood

Then when my wife and I arrived down at the design center once again the senior loan officer for MTH in Scottsdale, AZ pre-approved for a higher number. The senior loan officer fudged the numbers (did not include all our debt) to get us in and then at the very end (weeks prior to closing) comes back with a denial and an unrealistic number to fix the debt to income ratio. [redacted] homes should really think about finding a new in-house lender who responds in a timely manner, professional, and ethical. MTH Mortgage did not act in "good faith" and hopefully others will see that this lender is beyond repair. I would never ever recommend this mortgage lender to anyone especially for veterans using their ** loans because they are clueless in that aspect. New home buyers beware!!!!
