MTI Master Tile Installers did an awesome job laying our porcelain wood grain tile. Real Professionals, meticulous work and cleaned-up like they were not even here!

I highly recommend MTI for tile installation. I needed one bathroom tiled first with one bathroom to follow. I received a fast response, they showed up on time, cleaned up and the final result was excellent, all for a reasonable price. They also followed up for the next project which I appreciated.

I contacted MTI for some tile work in my home. [redacted] was flexible in scheduling the job. Art showed up on time and conducted himself in a professional manner. I was most impressed with the care and planning that Art did for this job. His extra effort made a noticeable difference. Art's skill turned an ordinary fireplace surround into something spectacular. I will definitely use MTI for future tile work.

This is the most unorganized and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. The project manager, [redacted], doesnt seem to know what she is doing. For starters, I am not certain she even knew alltogether what she was quoting us on. Secondly, the installer never saw the job until scheduled day of installation and he walked into something very different than what he was told. Our second installer who was supposed to be accompanying [redacted] was in jail. Not a good first impression. [redacted] the owner may have a ton of experience but he isnt the one installing and dont ever plan on seeing him. The communication within this company is a joke. They are quick to come out and get your down payment but after that good luck. The installer wasnt even qualified to do the job as he admitted to us. [redacted] wanted to cut corners and install our natural stone the cheapest way possible. Not to mention the unsafe way. He claims it is ok but any stone mason will tell you otherwise. After our installer was accused of being under the influence by [redacted], he quit, leaving our house and yard an utter mess. [redacted], the project manager who claimed if there ever was a problem to just contact her and she would be right over, was never seen or heard from again after multiple messages/texts by myself and my wife. [redacted] was refusing to give us our money back on a check that already cleared both accounts until my wife was able to reason with him. He claimed he couldnt do that for 5 days. He didnt seem to understand basic banking practices. What is worse is that neither [redacted] nor the project manager, [redacted], came to deliver our deposit money. He sent his daughter who could have been walking into a big mess if not for the fact my wife and I are both reasonable and honest people. This company is a mess and dont ever hire them. [redacted] and [redacted] are all talk and little substance. One last thing. When an installer is having to use the customers tape, paper, tarp etc. that is never ok. Do your research better than I did and hire a qualified company.

Another company was supposed to install our tile. They were rude and disrespectful. We cancelled the job. I called Master Tile and explained our situation to [redacted]. He told us that he could have someone come out the next morning. He sent [redacted] and he did a great job. We are very pleased with the look of our bathroom. We like it so much that we will call them again to lay more tile.
