[redacted] was a fan that had met Tinashe earlier in the day at a meet and greet at a clothing store and was told by her that he would be on her guest list. Throughout the day [redacted] kept coming into our reception area and asking for the tour manager claiming he was on the guest list. We alerted...
[redacted] that the guest list would not be available until the public doors opened. He was very persistent. I explained the situation to Marlon the Tour Manager, I then took Marlon outside of the venue to see him right before the public doors were opened and he said [redacted] couldn't come into the show. An hour later I saw [redacted] entering near the box office area and I asked him to leave. The Tour Manager perhaps didn't realize he was one of the people Tinashe promised to be on the guest list for the show, but in any event this is not a decision over which we as the venue had control. The persons on our end who ran the contest do not agree with [redacted] assessment of what occurred, nor do other attendees who were interviewed.However, we are hereby extending [redacted] an offer of $1,000, with no admission of fault, in an effort to settle this matter amicably.
