I am rejecting this response because:
The whole response is one big lye. First off, if the dress the tag was on, was mine, I would take it - no questions asked - so there would be no issue. Secondly, I was very patient with Tatiana the first time I went to get my dress. I was very upset the 2nd time there when Tatiana said I was lying and she would not help solve the issue. Thirdly, I have no idea who the lady they fired was. Couldn't even discribe her. I have no info on any bridel store story they are talking about. Forth, they never even bother to ask about the price on my dress. It was a nice sun dress I bougth in Florida. I was less than $100.00. I just would like to be compenstated from some of that

Also at the time of the drop off you signed a release that we are not responsible for any damage to your boots due to wear and tear issueWear and tear issue was 100% present on your boots

Both times this customer came in to pick up her dress she's been told that the tag on the dress that we putting matches with the tag on the original invoice. On both occasions customer was very rude especially in the second one when she started to hit the counter screen in front of the customers and...

had really no proof that the dress that you showing on the picture is that indeed the dress she brought in we checked our camera records and it looks like the dress that she is claiming is not hers is indeed hers.  Our former employee that was fired recently is actually a friend of this particular customer and this particular customer is also is a competitor to my wife in the same city my wife professional seamstress and she specializes in wedding dresses so as this customer.  We going to be starting a bridal shop in our location and I think customer is really agitated because of that.  We're not sure what she's trying to get out of it but she already put Google review on our business and she had someone else apparently her friend putting another review on our business to which is totally untrue.  We have visits from her former clients that were not satisfied with her job that are willing to put reviews on her page now which is I think will be very fair.  Once again all the tags on the invoice itself and on the dress are both identical and the match.  We believe it's some sort of a set up by [redacted]'s friend that was recently fired for theft and by [redacted] herself don't really see where they're trying to get with it but we have an idea. Originally she claimed that her dressed cost $300.
