Review: My telecom consulting company located Puerto Rico contacted MTMnet representative, Mr. [redacted] via email on Jan 2015. We had telecommunication equipment and were interested on selling equipment since his company buys and sells used equipment. MTMnet offered to buye equipment as well as pay for shipping. Some of the equipment was sent ahead on a Jan 27, 2015 as MTMnet requested,additional equipment was palatalize and send via YRC freight company on Feb 16, 2015. On March 11/2015 equipment was delivered to MTMNET facilities located on MCKINNEY,TX., receive acknowledgment was signed by Kincanon. MTMnet agreed to pay for equipment within 6 to 7 days upon equipment receival. As of March 9-2015, payment has not been submitted. We have contacted [redacted] many times via email, telephone and text message as well as left multiple phone messages,with no avail.On an email he apologize for payment delay due to a family emergency and later inform us check was mailed to our address. After waiting for ck to arrive by mail we contacted [redacted] and requested check to be voided and payment send via [redacted]. He agreed to our request and send email notifying stop payment of ck and payment thru [redacted] transaction was to be completed by evening of Mar 6/2015 as per [redacted] replay.Almost a couple of days short to 1 month of delivery of equipment and we still have not receive payment for invoice #40 for the amount of $600 plus $18 for processing charges. I personally send him an email asking him whether he had the intention to pay for goods sold and he reply yes! Still no payment or any word form him or his company representatives.Desired Settlement: Full payment for goods received and sold as well as processing fees as per agreement.
