I have taken the time to review your stay and I do see that the email confirmation was sent stating that MtOlympus does not give refunds for early departures as well as stating our cancellation policyWhen you arrived you also signed the registration authorizing these chargesIf there were any issues with the room, we do have staff on property hours a day to assist youIf you would have even preferred another room, we could have accommodated you but we were not given this opportunityEven though we do not offer refunds for early departures we did work with you and refund your account for the second night, $We would not be able to offer any further refunds to your account due to our policies

I do apologize about the issues you encountered during your stay with usI have taken the time to review your reservation and I see that we received a call shortly after you checked in to have a rollaway and blankets delivered to your roomI do see that those items were sent with no additional costsHowever, I do not show any calls in regards to the cleanliness of the roomI do show that we had other rooms available for you to move to (in the same building as well as another building) if we would have been aware of the situationI have posted a $credit to your account for the inconvenienceIf you would like to discuss anything further please feel free to contact us at 800-800-

I do see that you came to the desk to purchase passes to the parksThe agent did inform you that at the desk they would be $+ tax per passThe reason they are a different price than our gate price is because they are being added to a stay which includes the night at the park and the extra day I do see that you added your card to the reservation which does authorize room charges as wellThis being said the room charges did total $If you would like the other party to pay for these charges they would need to contact us, authorize the charges, and then we could refund your card in the amount of $Until the other party calls to pay that amount the charges will be held on your accountIf you have any additional concerns, please feel free to contact any supervisor on duty at [redacted]

They specifically watched me walk in with my sleeping children and walk out and park my carWhy were there things in my room that were not mine? Why did they use all my clean towels and put them on the side behind the toilet? I never asked anyone to come out and repair my toilet seat [redacted] the housekeeper requested the toilet be fixed since she broke it while cleaning itThe gentlemen at the front desk around 1230am told me to maintance guy who would have serviced my room was sleeping and had to be woken upThe next morning [redacted] told me that maintenence men do not sleep on siteI got different stories/excuses from each person I spoke to about thisI was specifically followed by the same vanI was told this is behaviorI was told that everyone is followed to their rooms so they can make sure that that person is wearing a wrist band otherwise they can't be thereCan you tell me why your vans speed up and down the properties and almost hit me and my kids twice? Why was maintenance in my room at midnight? Like I said I never requested anyone come out and repair anything because nothing was broke at allThe housekeeper broke the toilet and in the early afternoon [redacted] wrote on one of my paper plates that maintenance was coming out to fix itWhen I brought my sleeping children into the room there was a water bottle that wasn't mine, the toilet was already fixedThe toilet seat was up and off of it, so we couldn't even use it for the minute we were in our room getting our swim suits and when I brought my sleeping kids into the room the toilet seat was on it, down and fixedHow could men sneak in and out of my room within the few mins it took me to lark my car? Why did my oldest call me frantically, telling me that men in blue were in my room the moment I walked out to my car thay was double parked in front as I left to go park it? Nobody should have been in my room after midnight without my consentI'm not making this stuff upI was told it was protocol to be followed to make sure I was in fact a guest staying in that room in building 10BI was also told maintenance and housekeeping can go into anyroom at anytime without warning whatsoever, with or without consent/permissionWhy were my towels taken and thrown behind the toilet if maintenance is supposed to have their own rags/towels? Why was I disrespected by your staff? Why was my privacy violated? Why did they come into my room at midnight after they seen me come and go? Why did the person following me follow me the entire time I drove back to the room and watch me double park? Why did that same van drive up to me and stop, than look and speed off while I was outside trying to get ahold of the front desk? You have not addressed any of my concerns? Why did [redacted] refuse to tell me who the resort owners were when I asked? Why was I threatened by [redacted] saying that he was going to have me arrested if I told anyone about what happendWhy was [redacted] laughing when I said my children could have been abducted? Why is it that when there is a problem your managers refuse to take care of the problem and try everything to avoid the problem?

I have looked over the reservation and do see that you reserved with a third party and selected the Village location while reservingOur pictures online do show the wood floors as opposed to the carpet, painted head boards, and tells you "Please be aware that MtOlympus Villages are not at the MtOlympus on site Property ( [redacted] ***)." The cancellation policy through a third party Is listed as "Cancellation policy: When booking through a third party internet site, you must cancel days prior to your arrival date If the reservation Is cancelled within the days your deposit is nonrefundable.Sorry, but we are unable to give refunds on early departures."MtOlympus does have staff on property hours a day to assist our customers with any Items,Concerns or issues they may haveI do have in the notes of the reservation that you inquired about cancelling but when you were told it would have to go through [redacted] you walked awayWe were never informed if you were actually leaving or stayingIf you would tike to discuss any refund you would need to contact [redacted] .Thank you,MtOlympus Management

You never helped me before I came, when I arrived or even nowI called you a couple times before I arrived about my reservation and you couldnt tell me anything until I arrived! If you have I most likely would have canceledLast time I made reservations I stayed where I wanted to and paid the same amount to stay at hotel romeI never wanted to come in the first place but my kids wanted to because you are so overpriced and you dont offer anything for resort guests at allYou have people from all over come there so why would you care about a few families that most likely wont returnYou could at least give resort guests front line access to rides in front of people who only pay bucks for the dayYou have no right telling me I should not have made reservations! My brother in law went to his room after this so called night at the park and when he got to his room a car was parked in front of his room with no permit and when he called you, they told him there was nothing they could do! I reserved a room in january thinking I would have a room right on site but instead you put me miles away off the resort with a phone that didnt work so I had no way getting ahold of anyone and we had no front desk or anything just an apartment next to a graveyard with no viewMy other brother in law was next to me and reserved at same time and you give him free passes backIs this how you treat returning guests? Either you dont care about guests or you dont know how to do your job! There are reservations then a comfirmation and finally a receiptWhat I was asking for is the info that is on the reservation at time of booking where it says I will be staying and all the other stuff like we will be offering dollar passes all summer so if you stay at this resort you wont be able to enjoy yourselves and have to wait hours to get on a ride before we even confirmed our reservationsI am not just speaking on my behalfI feel bad telling other families to come with me cuz it was so much fun and when we got there everyone was miserableSo I realize there is no point in this email since obviously you dont care but if you would have gave me the info before I came I wouldnt be doing thisI would rather stay somewhere where you are treated like a guest and get what you pay for Regards, [redacted]

I do apologize for any issues you may have encountered during your stay with usThough we do not anticipate these sort of issues we do handle them as soon as they may happenThough we cannot prevent every guest from making bad choices and not following the rules we have in place we do try to correct their actions when we are made aware of themI have taken the time to review your stay and I do see that as soon as we had availability we did upgrade your room at no additional costI also see records of the air conditioner calls but that [redacted] did issue you a free night stay since the one day was partially consumed with maintenance concernsI am not able to do a full refund on your stay since we did move you and issue a free night stayI do not see any further issues listed for the first night or the last nightsWhat we could also do is still honor the discount return stay if you do wish to extend nights off of the free night we issued you Thank you, MtOlympus
