I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I do appreciate the response back although I was able to look through your business surveillance camera, you had me look only through one view of the camera, I am not responsible to look through a companies camera, it is your job duty or employees duty to know how to work with you camerasI did look in the camera for a short amount of time as I had sat there for hours in the parking lot without removing the car from the lotI proceeded to call the police just to report the incident because nothing had been resolvedI sat in the parking lot given a run around of who was the manager in the parking lot and who was notI do appreciate the company letting me look through the parking lot cameras but it was in the night time that I had went in to park it, and there are several cameras in the parking lot only given one view to look intoYou have parking space and lifters for certain cars which the cameras were not aimed atIt is very hard to tell who and where my car wasAs for parking it in this lot I have parked in several times which I loved the parking lot since I first started visiting New York and found the price extremely great for it being at the specified location in West HarlemAs a customer to a employee or business I just want the problem resolved with the car being fixedAs any car ownerI brought the car in great conditionMy car is now smashed in the back and the licensed plate is further more dented in, for that matter if I would've known that this would occur I would have risked parking my car in the streetI am not satisfied due to the fact nothing is and nobody has not tried to fix or resolve the issueI do have a written letter stating the car was damaged the day of from one of you employees and I have the ticket to my carPlease look furthermore into all your cameras and not just oneThe employee who my car was left to did lie and say he did not work that night when I handed in my car to himI left my car there for daysMy car had no dents nor marks on itI have pictures of before and afters

We are very sorry to learn of a customer not being satisfied with our parking serviceApparently this case was looked into carefully by our manager as well as by the client them self (who reported this case), who got permission and access to our video surveillance and received the opportunity to
review the entire tape and identify any activity near the car or incidentShe could not find anyone who may have bumped into her car or created the alleged scratch on the bumper (estimated $repair) while she was parked in our facility. Despite no evidence of such an accident occurring in the garage, we would have likely offered a repair under our displayed and customary policy for vehicle repair. Our policy, which is customary in most parking operators in NYC, and which is displayed in all our facilities, is that any damage must be reported immediately before the vehicle leaves our facilityShould the damage be our responsibility we would either repair the vehicle at a specialist auto body car mechanic at a time suitable for the customerOr alternatively, based on the damage estimates, offer the equivalent amount to the customer so that they can repair the vehicle at a location of their choice. With regards to the customer experiencing a call that was ‘hung up’, we would appreciate them letting us know what number they called, as this is certainly not how we conduct our businessWe have also obtained and retained for over years a manned hour answer service to accommodate our clientsIf the customer has any other questions, they can contact our main office directly on ###-###-#### we would be happy to assist.
