Review: Company changed collection terms in the middle of our orders forcing us to pre-pay for service that was ordered with terms of 60 days terms. They also mis communicated during this time, resulting in demurage charges that we were forced to pay as well, that could have been avoided. We paid them everything they asked so we could be done with them, but they continue to solicit me for new business when I have asked them numerous times to never contact me again.Desired Settlement: Never contact [redacted] or any of it's employees again
