Review: I used 3-day blinds. I made an appointment with this company for a service installation from 2-3:30pm. I called MTS at 3pm and spoke to a woman named [redacted] & tried to confirm our install time. She checked the computer & said that we were confirmed for 2-3:30pm. Around 4pm we called MTS again to assess the situation. We spoke to a woman named Ev[redacted]na who put me on hold to call the installer. She couldn't get ahold of him and said she'd try him and call me w/in a few minutes. Around 4:20pm, I hadn't heard from her so I called to get an update. When I spoke to Ev[redacted]na she put me on hold. She then got back to me and said the installer would be at my home around 5:00pm. Around 5:00pm there was no sign of the installer, and I was worried because MTS closes at 5pm, so I called my decorator at that time and told her the situation. She then called MTS and called me back letting me know that they had advised her that the installer was on his way to my home and would be there within 10 minutes. Around 5:25pm, I got a phone call from the installer (J**e, who was phenomenal by the way) who said that he was finishing up his last job and would be at our home in 25-35 minutes. I spoke to my designer about my frustrations at that point. I called MTS the next day and spoke to the manager and owner who did not help alleviate the situation and instead made me feel as if I were wrong about the way the situation occurred. MTS Installation regrets being late for the consumer's installation. To state the truth, I spoke to the consumer several days after the installation appointment was completed. Dr. Verma was very satisfied with her installation. She was seeking a refund of her installation because we were a 1 1/2 hours late to her appointment. After I refused a refund, Dr. Verma told me she would be complaining about MTS Installations.
