I am rejecting this response because: Final balance was paid on 12/During moment when card was charged I asked Matt S*** to provide me with final design in different formats so I can submit it to companiesHe told me that he will e mail me information and design upon requestNo mention that it cost me extra or any remaining balance is leftInstead e mailing me final design upon request he came up with additional charge although no work or communications were conducted AFTER I pay balance on 12/2/This amount of 172$ is charged for work that was not provided and simply MTS hold me as a hostage having being paid already for serviceThis amount can be higher and it became clear to me that he has intention of extortion any amount in future based on statement that he charge based on his timeOnce again NO COMMUNICATION existed after final balance was paid

Recently I received your letter informing me of a customer complaint due to a contract dispute. I am disappointed to hear our client is dissatisfied, but would like to provide the information below and attached supporting documents as evidence that we fulfilled our obligations to the best of our...

ability.The customer contracted with our product design and development company in July 2016 on a time and materials basis to design a product based on client provided specifications. We delivered the work product to the customer on September 2, 2016 in electronic format. invoices for these services were provided on 8/16/16 and 9/12/16 [redacted]) attached. On November 2, 2016, we notified the client that the invoices were past due. On November 9, 2016, the client visited our offices with a prototype that was made from the CAD files (work product) we provided the client On September 2 and both parties agreed that the results were acceptable. The customer finally made payment for these services on December 12, 2016. Please review executed agreement and invoices, attached.At no point during the 3 months the client had the work product prior to payment did Customer claim the work to be faulty of not per his specifications or not delivered in a timely manner. The work product has been in use by the client for nearly 5 months.Additionally, the Customer sought our expertise on what materials would be ideal to Create the product for large-scale manufacture. These activities, as well as the prototype review, are reflected in invoice #1712 from January 2017, totaling $172.50, and which remains unpaid. . . .On February 8, 2017, the customei requested additional work from is in terms of formatting and exporting his CAD data. We requested that his account be paid in full prior to providing additional work. Our agreement stipulates that we can refuse additional work and hold work product on accounts that are not in good standing.Prior to receiving the chargeback letter from your company, I had email discussions with the client, to which I've also attached to this letter for your review where attempted to clarify that our services are on a time and material basis, meaning, all activities are billed on a per hour basis, in 15 minute increments.Unfortunately, the customer remains frustrated and appears to be using the credit card chargeback process for dispute resolution despite successfutly utilizing the electronic CAD files we delivered which directly relates to the amount on the chargeback and having a contract that stipulates how disputes are to be resolved.Thank you for the opportunity to present this information.
