the notification recently from the warehouse that's why the order was a little delayed but was shipped as soon as we received the notice. We actually added a free gift to compensate the delay so the customer will be receiving two free items.We are sorry for the delayed shipment as we are in the process of restocking and determining the best Warehouses to affiliate with and fulfill the orders accordingly and on time as per our website's information.Hope this will resolve the concern.Best Regards,Sam A[redacted]Operations Manager

Review: I ordered a product on March **. On April [redacted] I responded letting them know that I never received my package. They responded with:

Review: I ordered online about two weeks ago. I got a shipping confirmation a few days after that. I did not receive any tracking information whatsoever, and my package never arrived. I have called customer service several times, where I was asked to leave a message (and did, several times). I have received no response from the company, and they took the cost of the product out of my account very promptly. I tried to review the product on their website, and they clearly only allow positive reviews. I have tried leaving a message with their online chat option, and have received no response. They have already taken my money, and I have nothing to show for it, and their customer service is nonexistent.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, or to receive the product I already paid for

Review: Made purchase from this website. Purchase never has been shipped but the credit card was charged.Tried to contact them via e-mails, on-line chat through sending messages, and called and never got any response

Review: Online site advertised $75 off purchases of $250 until March [redacted] 2015. Placed order on March [redacted] and discount was not generated in billable total. Promotional code did not work. Free gift was not generated. I wasn't going to pay them the full amount without the advertised discount so did not complete order.Got email next day because order was not completed asking to complete order. Made numberous phone calls on date of order when hours were advertised as 9:00 am to 9:00 pm but they were not answeered. Left messages to return call. Phones were not answered Monday either. No emails responded to. On Monday morning a new offer was published online with a completely different offer valid until March [redacted] No response to phone calls, or emails regarding this.Desired Settlement: I would like the advertised promotion offered when I entered my order honoured with the $75 discount made on my order and shipment of perfect condition merchandise. There are some online sites indicating the brand of product ordered is received in defective condition.
