Horrible experience the office staff cannot get nothing done properly I had to update my prescription and I had people calling me giving me contradicting information plus I had asked for work placement assistance forms charged $so waited a week called in nothing and promised a call back and nothing the next day they told me I had to make an appointmentI had to ask for refundNOT HAPPY AT ALL
Don't be fooled by it thinking it is a waclinic I walked in and was punished by having to wait for an hour and a half for those who did have appointments Don't be fooled: that if you have an appointment, you'll be seen at your appointed time I had an 8:am appointment However, people who had appointments at 9:or 9:or later who signed in ahead of you will get called in first They are real big on testing in that place Make sure if you need to be tested that your insurance covers it Otherwise it will cost you big $$$ Don't waste your breath in complaining to [redacted] or any of the higher ups Instead, complain on web sites only in the hopes that it will prevent other people from being suckered in
