and $for depositWhen Mrs*** first looked at the house she knew what condition the carpet was in and she agreed that it would work for themThis lease agreement went through January and automatically renewed for an ***al monthsMr*** *** walked in the bank where I work on February 23, to hand deliver the keys to the houseNeither my husband or I knew that they intended to move out of the rental house.For the month of February NO rent was paidThese tenants also had a pet inside the house when in the rental agreement it clearly states under Maintenance and Repairs section D: There will be no smoking or pets in the Rental Premises.The ***s also left lots of trash around the outside of the houseI have included some pictures of the clean upThe ***s never contacted us about leaks underneath the kitchen sink to have them fixedAfter they moved out we noticed that it had been leaking for a while. When Mrs*** contacted me about the porch my husband got out there and had the floor to the porch completed with in a weeks timeWhen Mrs*** contacted me about the A/C in the house we called the A/C repair personnel to go out and fix it, as he didWhen Mrs*** contacted me about wasp getting in the house I called the pest control and they went out and took care of that, I have a bill for proof.What Mrs*** doesn't understand is that when sometimes you have to be on a waiting list to get your issues fixedWe don't have service personnel waiting around for her to call when something is wrongI personally at my house had no A/C for two weeks until they where able to come out and service my unitBusiness are busy and can not get to them on the same day you call out for serviceWhen she call me about an issue I did my best to have them out as soon as they can.As for the deposit it will not be returned, due to them moving out on February 23, and no rent was paid for the month of February 2018, therefore; I lost rent for that month due to them still in the houseI am not charging them for any of the damages that where left when the moved outI have attached some pictures of the property.MTZ Properties, LLC*** & *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: I have plenty of pictures to prove we left the house in adequate condition. I have before and after pictures of the house that are time stamped with the condition of the house. We did not leave a mess at the house. I will be more than happy to provide any more pictures if necessary.
