Review: On 2/16/14, I placed an order for two (2) "[redacted] LED Flexible Light Strip lamp 60LED/M + IR remote +Adapter" and have had a pending order since then. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company regarding the pending status of the order and why it has not been processed in over a month. The website does not provide a phone number for inquiries; only a form for email submittals. The contact phone number/address submitted with this complaint was searched for on yellow pages and I did not feel comfortable contacting this company via telephone (due to my concern of the validity of the company). As of 3/24/14, my order is still "pending". Under their "customer service" tab on their website, they indicate various timelines as to when to expect the package. These timelines have been exceeded greatly. Moreover, as I said earlier, my order has been pending for over a month with no response from MuchLED as to why the order has not been processed.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to send my order and provide a tracking number so I know when it will arrive.
Review: MUCH LED HAS ADVERTISED THEIR PHONE NUMBER IN MANY LOCATIONS AS MY PERSONAL HOME PHONE NUMBER. I'VE RECEIVED MANY CALLS FROM ANGRY CUSTOMERS WHO ARE SAY THEY ARE GETTING FAULTY PRODUCTS AND CANNOT GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY. I'VE BEEN ABLE TO GET [redacted] TO TAKE MY NUMBER OFF THIER ADVERTISING AND TRYING TO GET [redacted] TO DO THE SAME. THEY SEEM LIKE A SHADY COMPANY THOUGH AS MOST PEOPLE ARE VERY ANGRY WHEN THEY CALL. I'D LIKE THEM TO STOP USING MY PHONE NUMBER FOR THIER BUSINESS!Desired Settlement: I WANT THEM TO STOP USING MY PERSONAL HOME PHONE NUMBER AS THIER BUSINESS NUMBER!!
