Mud Creek Water Association

Mudd Creek Water services the water supply for the area that we live in. Unless you have your own well, you have no choice but to use Mudd Creek Water. The water itself is regulated and therefore up to standard, but the way they treat customers is horrible. If I had any choice whatsoever, I would drop them based solely on the way their employee treats the people that walk through the door. We generally pay our bill in person and the lady that works the front area and deals with customers is consistently rude and disrespectful. It is always the same lady. The last time I paid in person, there was an elderly gentlemen in front of me asking about his bill. The way she talked to this man made me embarrassed for her and every part of me wanted to step in and defend him. He just stoically listened while this woman berated and talked to him like he was a ten year old child. And that's the thing about the folks out there. Most of them are older, very country, very polite church going folks and they would never in a million years think to complain on her. That is exactly why she is able to get away with the way she treats people...no one says anything. But I did. I asked her flat out how I could go about filing a complaint on her. She told me that there really was no way because the people that run Mudd Creek Water only meet once a month and that that meeting was the only venue to field a complaint. I asked her for the date of the meeting because I intend to be there and she told me that it is different every month and that she never knows when it goes. I am still researching how to go about notifying someone about this lady.
