4/9/14 Client’s first visit with Mud Puppies for grooming, paid rate of $plus tax for a tidy groom
5/29 No call, no show for grooming appointmentCalled later in day and rescheduled appointment for next day5/30 No call, no show for grooming appointment8/14 no call no show for boarding appointment11/24/14 *** came in for a full groomPaid $plus taxClient was not satisfied with results*** offered client to return within days for the groom to be fixed at no charge and a discount on next groomClient agreed, but did not call or show up for groom to be fixed within allotted time 12/02/14 Client returned, insisted on a full groom and that it was to be freeDue to some communication issues; Mud Puppies granted this groom for free, client appeared happy12/30/14 No call, no show for grooming appointment1/13/Another appointment set and *** did come in this day. Client called ahead of time to tell us that he was supposed to get a discountHe spoke with *** and she understood there was to be a 15% discountBut after some research and realizing that Mud Puppies already granted a free groom and the last appointment was a no call/no show, *** decided the 15% discount was not to be granted at this timeClient said ok and paid***, the groomer informed client that ***’s ears were dirty and that we cleaned themClient said thank you*** proceeded to inquire if client was happy with the groom, Client said he was and left with no argument or seeming disgruntledClient paid $plus tax1/14/Client calls to inform *** that he is at vet due to his dog scratching his ear. Client insisted that Mud Puppies pay for vet bill and return the grooming feePer the client, “the vet said the ear is in this condition due to aggressive ear cleaning”*** contacted vet and vet stated that she never said anything like that*** offered client $off next groom anyway
