I will not do business with this service provider. On two occasions I missed work because the service provider failed to keep an appointment with me. Clearly they are not reliable and the customer's time is not important. Furthermore, when I called to complain I was told someone tried calling me on my cell phone and work phone. This defense is not credible because I have voicemail both on my cell phone and home phone, but no one left a message for me.
