I took my ford explorer to mud duck on 10-4- they told me it would be done in daysdays later on 10-14-I took a $uber ride to pick up my explorer and drove miles to my ants houseIn the morning I hooked up my trailer and went to help my uncle move some boxes from Aviation IL to Maryville IL I made it to Lebanon IL and was going down hill at mph a car in front of me was slowing to turn onto a street and my truck was stuck in gear and the clutch was stuck out I could not press it in to engage the clutch to put the transmission in neutral so I could slow my truck down to avoid hitting the car in front of meI swerved to the rite going off the road to avoid a accident and had to turn the ignition key to the off position to stop the explorer because of being stuck in gear and it finally came to a stopIt still was stuck in gear I got out and crawled under the explorer where I saw a drip coming down it was from the slave cylinder hydraulic clutch line witch delivers hydraulic fluid to the slave cylinder.with this hydraulic clutch line detached no fluid could reach the slave cylinder rendering the clutch inoperableThe hydraulic clutch line was not seated properly causing it to detach from the slave cylinderIt is installed by pressing it until it clicks then insert a clip on the seated hydraulic line to secure itThe line cannot be removed without a specialty tool meaning it wasn't installed correctly or it would have not came out.I called a tow truck to come get me and had to leave my trailer therethe tow truck driver took me home and I started looking for someone to take me to get my trailerI found someone and payed them $to take me to get my trailer from Lebanon IL.On monday 10-17-I called Mud duck and they sent their tow truck to pickup my truck free of charge they said my explorer would be done the next day and apologized for the inconvenience my truck was not ready until sat 10-22-They left my keys in the glove box of the explorer and parked it out side there gate so I could pick it up when I got off workThey wore closing before I got off workwhile driving home I heard a loud whooshing noise coming from the drivers door thinking it wasn't closed I opened and closed the door the noise was still there so I stopped to see what the problem was and noticed the door was bentI went to my ants house pulled into the garage and noticed the exhaust was loud which it wasn't before it was at Mud duckI went back to mud duck monday 10-24-to try to get them to fix my door and exhaust he said he would have his guys bend the door back.I told him that was unacceptable and I would take him to courtHe said do what you have to doI went to Kelso auto body in Belleville IL and got a estimate of $to fix my door.Then I took the explorer to *** car care to check the exhaust noiseThey saw that the transmission bolts were loose and the flange on the exhaust was overheated and warped during mud ducks removal of the exhaust causing it to not fit back correctly and be noisy*** told me it would be $to fix the exhaust and remove the transmission to make sure the slave cylinder was installed correctly and the bolts were not loose on that to.There is also a check engine light on from a exhaust osensor that was not on when mud duck got my truckThe sensor is located above the transmission where they were working on the truck I think they broke it but can't prove itMud duck told me the check engine light would come on in a couple days and I told them there were no check engine lights when I dropped the explorer off and again no help from mud duck.I think its interesting there was no check engine light in when I picked up my truck but they new it would come on and what the problem was but didn't ask me if I wanted to fix it .My explorer runs horrible and gets bad gas milage because of the bad sensor and check engine light being onThey took days to fix my explorer almost caused me to get into a accident bent my door messed up my exhaust and I had to buy another car because I was scarred to drive my explorerI could not even sell it until the lawsuit was finished .It took me until now to save enough money to sue mud duck so I have had a explorer sitting in my driveway I can't even driveI have a bent door loud exhaust horrible running engine and a check engine light onWhen I took my explorer to mud duck it ran grate didn't have a bent door a check engine light on or a loud exhaustI feel I was taken advantage of and that they should make it writeI can't sell the explorer for a fair price until all these things are fixedThanks for your time

these people had my car since novmber of last year to repair the motornever did touch my car I gave these people over a bucks and still haven't got nun done ....so I got tired of waiting and scrapped the car could he wanted it off his lot and never gave me my money back
