Initial Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2015/11/18) */
Dear Revdex.com of Minnesota and North Dakota,
This is Chad [redacted] from the former business Mudd One. We had repaired the mistakes that were done wrong at our cost. I had told Mr. [redacted] that we should wait till the following...

spring to pour his driveway apron because of any settling that could happen and the temperatures were getting colder every day. He said he wanted it done. I had told Tex, the general on the job, that there could be a problem if we poured it because it was so late in the year and he had said the same thing I had said to Mr. [redacted]. Mr.[redacted] said to pour it after we had let him know what could happen and he wanted us to pour it anyway so we did.
I had to close Mudd One Contracting because of my partner, Jason [redacted], had taken over $40,000 from the company. CR Concrete has been sold to Chris [redacted] over 4 years ago or better. So I have no nothing to do with that company.
As for Bore One Inc., that has nothing to do with concrete, it is a directional drilling company in the oil field. My partner with Bore One has never done anything with concrete. Bore One should not even be involved with any of this paperwork. Bore one has never done any pouring of concrete and has never dealt with Mr. [redacted]
Sincerely,
Chad [redacted]
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 10, 2015/11/19) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Mr. [redacted]'s response directly reflects his lack of responsibility to the situation. Of course the mistakes were repaired at his expense. They were his mistakes. It was us that ended up paying more to other contractors to cover the poor cement work. Never did he express to me concerns about there being any settling issues with the cement. He actually pointed out how well it was being packed. It was me that expressed concern about pouring the cement during cold weather. Mr. [redacted] reassured us that pouring the cement at that time of year would not be a problem and that they did it all the time. Tex was NOT the general on the job at this time. If this was such a concern as a business a disclaimer should have been signed stating that they would not guarantee that portion of the project. All of this being irrelevant as once the cement problem was addressed he said it wasn't frozen but blamed the cement company and the quality of the cement saying it contained too much shale and that was causing the problem and that he would be in touch with them to resolve the issue. As stated before, neither party got back to us. As far as Mr. [redacted] closing Mudd One due to issues with his partner, not our problem. We actually talked about it and I backed off while he tried to get things straightened out. This was a mistake on my part.
And I do stand corrected as I just called[redacted] and of course my call wasn't answered but the greeting was for Bore One Inc and C&J Concrete. Should Bore One be part of this paperwork. In my opinion yes as it is the owner and his integrity that is in question. How many people have been cheated by the same person under a different name. Same man as owner of another company does not mean quality work and the Revdex.com is a way of being able to let others know of people to not do business with.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
