Mr. [redacted]'s response directly reflects his lack of responsibility to the situation. Of course the mistakes were repaired at his expense. They were his mistakes. It was us that ended up paying more to other contractors to cover the poor cement work. Never did he express to me concerns about there being any settling issues with the cement. He actually pointed out how well it was being packed. It was me that expressed concern about pouring the cement during cold weather.
