Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Services were not performedDog was never walked (which is the service paid for) and dog was not aggressive as is proven by videos I have of the interactionI will gladly pay for the two times walked but not for the times services were not renderedThe do was walked twiceat a charge of a walk Regards, [redacted] ***
Attached are the files of the Muddy Paws Terms & Conditions that the customer signed off on, the Pet Profile which the customer filled out, as well as weeks of journal entries describing how each visit went and the customer's replies about each visit. The customer signed up for minute visits, Monday through Thursday As each journal clearly identifies, our times in/out are far longer than the minutes requested We provided additional time at no extra charge to gain the dog's trust and establish a good working relationship The journal entries identify the customer describing her dog as 'a tough nut to crack' and 'would take some time' to get used to a new walker, she even offered suggestions as to what should be done at each visit We followed her advice, but the dog was not agreeable and we could not safely take her outside to do her business The customer was aware of the situation and continued to schedule service. After visits, we parted ways amicably Things got hostile after we decided to explore other options. The customer expressed her gratitude for our efforts, however, has not paid anything for any of the services provided This is a direct violation of our Terms & Conditions As a result, the customer is accruing late fees and risks being brought to court for nonpayment

Services were not performed. Dog was never walked (which is the service paid for) and dog was not aggressive as is proven by videos I have of the interaction. I will gladly pay for the two times walked but not for the times services were not rendered. The do was walked twice. at a charge of 12.50 a walk.
