Mudshark Pizza, Inc

Overpriced food and terrible service. Placed a $40 dollar order (1 pizza, and 1 side dish) for the fifth time this month (including the 4 dollar tip), and was promised that it would include two sides of ranch dressing. This was never delivered. Mckayla - (who claimed to be the manager when I called) not only refused to have the sides I ordered delivered, but also refused to refund the order and had a terrible attitude. I will never order from here again, nor will I ever walk into this establishment again, how pathetic.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was at the Mudshark Pizza, take-out on Mesquite Ave. I placed a order for delivery when I received my order the pasta we ordered was placed in the to go box hot and it had melted thru the box onto everything in the bag. We called back and asked for them to come pick up and refund my money. Heidi (Manager), told me they do not give refunds? I said this is not posted in your ad? She began yelling at me . I hung up and we took back the order, we again encountered Heidi and she told us to take our @!*$ and leave. I told her did not see it posted that they do not give refunds and told her to call the police to settle this issue. She picked up the phone and called the owner, in lieu of the police and we obtained a refund. I see from other reviews the rude staff at this place has happened before and continues. There is no telling how long she and this staff have been getting away with this type of harassment of the customers. Be careful when ordering from this establishment and be prepared to argue with the staff if anything goes wrong!
